Vice Chair – Greg Levy

Sunken Lake, Kings County

Greg was born and raised in the rural community of Gaspereau. He grew up involved in the family lumber mill and aware of the daily tasks of running a business in a small town.
Later, Greg moved to Toronto where he worked as a senior account manager; gaining experience managing accounts such as Time Warner Cable, Bell South, Bell Canada and Videotron.

Years later he returned to the Valley area of NS to help with the family lumber mill and later to start up his own logging company. Greg has a strong background in sales, business and finance.

His awareness of challenges and obstacles of residing in a rural community are some of the reason Greg is keen to be a Director with the Rural Communities Foundation of Nova Scotia.
